Recreational & Advanced Recreational Programs

Recreational trampoline lessons are given from beginner though advanced for participants aged 4 years old and up, including adults.  All lessons are taught by our NCCP trained and certified coaches who guide participants through skills and progressions in our recreational program levels.  Our Recreational Trampoline program and classes are designed to introduce athletes with no previous experience to the joys of trampoline while the Advanced Recreational classes are aimed at those interested in more advanced skills and training.  Entry to the Advanced Recreational program must be approved by the Head Recreational Coach.

Our attentive, encouraging and professional coaches follow a program based on a series of levels that progress from the most basic skills to ones that require more co-ordination and strength. We encourage participants to learn at their own rate and comfort level. Our coaches are excellent at adjusting to each individual's learning-style. At the end of a session, participants will receive a ribbon & "report card" to celebrate their success in learning the sport of trampoline. • All classes will run subject to enrollment

information update regarding classes & covid-19

Dear recreational participants and families,

We hope everyone is doing well in these trying times. We wanted to give you an update on our recreational classes.

The Province of Ontario has mandated that all recreational facilities be closed until further notice. The last 2 weeks of the Winter Session* were to take place from March 23rd to April 5th.  Pending approval from the province to re-open recreational facilities, we will do further cleaning and sanitizing of our facility and resume our programs as quickly as possible.

*All Winter Session participants will receive a 2 week credit towards the next available session* The exact amount for the credit you will receive will reflect sibling & multiple class discounts where applicable.

Once classes resume we would ask the following of all participants:

- If you or your child are showing any signs of illness, please do not attend any classes, camps or parties or enter the facility

- If you may have been in contact with anyone who may have COVID-19 or you have traveled recently, please do not enter the facility

- In order to limit the number of people in the facility, please do not bring any non-participating siblings. Parents are also strongly encouraged to not  stay in the viewing area.

- Please ensure that you and your child thoroughly wash their hands with soap and water or use the  hand sanitizer before entering the viewing area and gym space.

- If possible, please wait  outside the front doors to pick up your child. Coaches will ensure that  participants wait for a parent to pick them up.

Our coaches will be cleaning the surfaces of the gym before and after every class and will also ensure that they are properly washing their hands. No staff will be allowed to coach if they are ill.

If there are any changes due to further provincial mandates, we will let you know as soon as possible.

We thank you all sincerely for your understanding and patience and look forward to seeing our participants back in the gym!
